My company sells both online and offline, and we have been very successful with the online business during confinement. My workers, though, are not as happy as I am, since they have certainly had to work harder. I would like to be able to reward them, and I thought I wanted to give them tools to improve their training and CV. So I granted them with one of the ENEB programs, the one they preferred. My idea is to provide them with it in summer and I hope it will help them grow professionally.

I always admired coaches and their ability to do successful and interesting things and jobs, I think this position has a good future ahead. At first, I thought of sports coaching, because I only knew about that type, but through ENEB’s Master I have learned the advantages of coaching also at a business level. I am very happy and excited to be clear about my professional vocation as a coach. And as soon as I can, I will do an internship in this field thanks to ENEB.

I’m so curious about the post-covid world regarding logistics and so forth. I find Supply Chain Management faces a truly critical new scenario now, yet very challenging, too. I am afraid of the virus and feel sorry about the deceased, but I am really curious as well about the way companies are going to handle this to survive and thrive. When dealing with ENEB’s SCM final project and addressing all of its perspectives in the current pandemic scenario, I became fully aware of the problems that companies need to solve. We, as workers, will have to be able to give the best of ourselves and to improve our training and skills to face this new scenario with greatest success.
